At the end of the day, there is no value in what we do if the way we do it hurts others. Golden Star prioritizes fairness and equality to all employees, throughout Asia and in the U.S. Before sustainable practices were introduced in most companies, Golden Star initiated and invested in automated and upgraded machinery to make worker’s lives easier. Since then, Golden Star only works with factories audited and certified by leading quality control organizations and refuses to work in unsanitary or unsafe working environments. Factory workers are properly trained in all safety programs and given fair benefits and wages. Golden Star believes in order to provide top quality and value, the livelihood and sustainable working conditions of employees must always be respected and prioritized.
